Social Dance 21st May 2022

Please join us for our May Social with a selected programme of favourite dances and one or two which are less well known.

Cheltenham Day School and Evening Social 23rd April 2022

We were both inspired and entertained by our guest teacher, William Williamson and musician, Ian Roberston who kept us on our toes for the Classes and the Evening Social. It was lovely to dance with new and familiar faces throughout the day.

Annual Ball 15th January 2022

We were delighted to welcome over 90 very happy dancers to Cheltenham Town Hall for an absolutely wonderful evening of dancing. The fabulous music from Ian Muir and the Craigellachie Band, an excellent sprung floor and beautiful surroundings made this an evening to remember.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Cheltenham Town Hall on the 14th January 2023

Christmas Dance

What better way to say farewell to dancing for 2021 than by coming together for a our Christmas Social. We had a great programme of favourite dances and one or two less well known, The Highlandman Kissed His Mother (MMM) was new to me . You always know the evening is a success when there is a buzz of conversation during the interval. The festive mince pie and glass of fizz as well as the usual refreshments were very welcome.

Thank you to all the committee members who made it happen and of course the dancers who made it an enjoyable evening of dancing.

Christmas Ceilidh

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Christmas Ceilidh and made it such an enjoyable and sociable evening of dancing. We were also entertained with recitations, a song and in celebration of a joint 100 years of dancing with the dance 100 years Behind Us.

The evening closed with everyone singing a selection of our favourite carols and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. As one of our members said it was one of the best Ceilidhs we have held.
